Return Policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To ensure a fair opportunity to all clients to experience our products and services, we will allow online purchase(s) to be returned within 7 days from the delivery date based on the following circumstances:
- Size does not fit.
- Item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Item wrongly delivered to you.
The product(s) purchased has/have to meet the following conditions to be accepted:
- Non-sale product.
- The product must be unused, unworn (only allowed to be tried on once during unboxing/opening of package), and unwashed.
- The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached. Any sticker or label on the packaging or tags should not be removed or altered in any form.
- Vanity products, intimates, swim wears, accessories (including jewellery, bags), head wears (including inners) and products obtained from a source other than Babel are non-returnable.
- Have not been exchanged for a previous return request before. i.e. This is the first time you are returning this product due to the circumstances above.
Returns that are accepted are exchanged for a new size, a non-damaged product or our in-store credit only if the product is out of stock. We are currently working with our partners to make cash refunds less costly and we will let you know when this is available. We reserve the right not to allow the return of products although the conditions above are met.

HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCT?
If you would like to return the product, please reach out to us at experienceretail@babel.fit with your order number, receipt and the reason for the return. Please also attach pictures of the product, packaging and tags.
Our team will provide you with a return form for you to fill up, print out and place in the return package. Please drop off the package at the following address:

Please ensure that the product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached. Any sticker or label on the packaging or tags should not be removed or altered in any form.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE THE STORE CREDITS?
The refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it is within our Return Policy. This quality check can take up to 7 days, excluding the time it takes for the returned product to reach us.
If the returned product meets the criteria above, it will take 1 to 2 days for the store credit to be reflected in your account. Once it has been reflected in your account, you can shopping with those credits immediately.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund.
We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
However, The company reserves the rights to proceed with a refund should unavoidable circumstances occur, such as:
- No Physical Inventory
- Damage / Incomplete Parts
- Shipping Partner does not have coverage in your area
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
If you paid using a credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card
If you paid using a debit card, the refund will be made to your debit card.
The refund will take up to 10 working days for the refund amount to be successfully credited into your account.
