WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following payments:

  • Online banking transfer via FPX
  • E-Wallet (GrabPay, Boost, TnG, Maybank QRpay, MCash)
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, American Express)

We are working with our payment providers to bring you more methods of payment for your convenience.

 

CAN I PAY VIA CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) OR WHEN I PICK THE PURCHASE UP FROM THE OUTLET?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash on delivery or receive payment when you pick up your purchase. 

 

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL BUT I WAS NOT GIVEN A CONFIRMATION ON MY ORDER?

We will send you an automated email confirmation once your payment is successful. If you do not receive this email, kindly contact us at experienceretail@babel.fit.

 

WHAT IF I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME PURCHASE?

In a rare occasion when this occur, please email us at experienceretail@babel.fit with the following details:

  • Contact number.
  • Your order number.
  • Date of transaction
  • A screen capture of your credit card or debit card statement reflecting both charges. (do note that failed debit card charges will still be reflected in your online statement until a reversal has been made by your bank)
  • Payment transaction ID. 

Our team will investigate the matter.
